You understand that all information, data or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Service.

You agree to not use the Service to:
- host web sites based on a forum (portal, IPDL etc.)
- host any forum software (use pro-board.com instead)
- host sites based on phpnuke / postnuke (server laggers)
- host any sort of chat software
- host or link illegal / copyrighted files (mp3's, videos ...)
- host or link any adult related content
- host or link any fraudulent web site
- host link farms or advertisements
- host online games (PHP / Perl etc.)
- submit data to other servers (ex. spam/submission scripts)
- make any profits (referral links / banners / paid links)


You are also not allowed to:
- create multiple accounts
- sell or rent your account
- invite family members
- share your account with others
- send mass mailings of any kind
- use our service as file hosting service
- use our service as image hosting service (ebay images, signatures ...)


Make sure to:
- replace your default welcome page with your real startpage
- link your real startpage from your default welcome page


Language Terms
We are very sorry but we cannot allow you to host content in any language other than english. This rule was added because we must be able to understand what your site is about if abuse reports come in. Using translators to check your content is not an option as it would just cause more workload for our content checkers.

Other Regulations
You agree to indemnify and hold Moved.in, and its subsidiaries, affiliates or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

Moved.in Newsletter
You agree to receive Moved.in newsletters bi-monthly. Newsletters may contain advertisements from our sponsors. However, we will never sell your email address - we send our newsletters ourself to protect your privacy. Newsletters may contain a link to verify your account status. Make sure to keep your email address updated as your account is in risk if you do not receive our newsletters.(Because you cannot follow the verification link).

Service Invitations
Our service allows you to invite your friends. You are responsible for any actions processed by invited friends. We have a three strikes rule which means your account will be suspended if you invite any abusers to our service. Please follow our inviting guidelines to protect your account.

You grant Moved.in employees and volunteers the right to check your account for possible abuse. This includes accessing your FTP account to find hidden content. Since many people use sub-folders to hide their real content we check all FTP accounts frequently to prevent abuse.

You agree that Moved.in, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Moved.in believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS.

Moved.in may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Moved.in may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files. Further, you agree that Moved.in shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
